Dr. Ye is originally from Canada. After receiving a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree with distinction, double majored in biology and analytical chemistry and was on the Dean’s Honor List, Dr. Ye later received a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Pharmacy from the University of Toronto. Dr. Ye grew up in a family of physicians. Since an early age, she developed a passion for helping patients in need. After having worked as a consultant for a large pharmaceutical company, Dr. Ye decided to pursue dentistry to fulfill her life long dream for helping patients.

Dr. Ye graduated in the top 10% of her class from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry. She has publications in numerous prestige medical journals. Dr. Ye underwent residency training in general dentistry and later fellowship specialty training in pediatric dentistry in Bronx, NY. Dr. Ye received extensive training in, various behavior management techniques; performing procedures with addition of Nitrous Oxide (“laughing gas”) and oral sedation; completion of multiple phase I/ II orthodontic treatments and performing full mouth rehabilitation under general anesthesia in the operating room. During her specialty pediatric dentistry training, Dr. Ye was rewarded the Dr. Aftab Hassan Clinic Research Reward. Dr. Ye currently is a clinical attending in the Dental and Oral Medicine Department at the New York-Presbyterian Queens Hospital (NYPQ). Dr. Ye stays up to date of the latest dental techniques and practices through continuing education in the fields of general dentistry, pediatric dentistry and orthodontics; and attending regular meetings of the greater New York Dental Association and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.

Dr. Ye is Board Certified in Pediatric Dentistry with the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry (ABPD) and is an active member of the following professional associations:
